Your Account
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign in" in the top bar, then "Sign up." All you need is a name, email, and password.
What can I do with an account?
Post classified ads, track their status on your My Ads page, and set your preferred language for emails.
Can I change my preferred language?
Yes — once signed in, go to Settings → Profile and choose English, Tiếng Việt, 한국어, or 中文.
Classified Ads
How do I post an ad?
Sign in, then choose "Post an Ad" from the Classified Ads menu. Fill in the details and submit — a moderator reviews it, usually within one business day, before it goes live.
How long does my ad stay up?
Choose 2 weeks, 1 month, or 3 months when you post. All durations are free during our launch period.
Can I edit or remove my ad?
Yes, from your My Ads page. You can edit an ad while it's still pending review, and delete any of your ads at any time.
Content & Language
How do I switch languages?
Use the "Languages" menu in the top bar to switch between English, Tiếng Việt, 한국어, and 中文 — the page you're on stays the same.
